We believe that 2 Wheeler are the right mode of transport for developing countries like India and have much more scope than 4 wheelers, which is also reflected in the fact that the number of 2 wheelers is significantly more than the number of 4-wheelers.
We have operations in close to 100 cities and are the undisputed market leader in this space. Growing close to 500% year-on-year, we have ambitious targets set for ourselves in the future as well.
Role and Responsibilities:
The candidate will own the complete day-to-day business operation, from analyzing the supply, Demand and taking necessary actions to improve the matrix and can analyze the captains and markets issue, maintain the morale of the team and get the desired result from the Team.
The candidate will be working mainly on supply acquisition; he will also look after different marketing activities to increase the demand and supply in the market.
Candidates should know how to work on Excel and should be smart enough to learn different applications and data Dashboards.
Owning and delivering the aggressive revenue [P&L] and ride [Growth] targets
Develop in-depth product and market understanding to identify the right target segments
Assess business requirements and recommend product improvements to help increase market penetration
Build, nurture and grow a vibrant team - provide guidance and mentorship to develop your team members into future leaders
Improvise customer pricing, discounting strategy, partner incentivization using sound analytical ideas and smart market [competitor] assessment
Conduct periodic review of the team performance, metrics, and trends to identify and implement appropriate interventions in line with Rapido values, processes, and business practices
Work closely with the central Operations team to solve for geographical or product level changes in the product/processes to improve customer experience
Work closely with the technical and product team to solve bugs or introduce new features which could improve a seamless driver-partner experience
