Role and Responsibilities:
  • To support Chat and mail quires
  • Handling escalations from multiple teams
  • Following up issue with developers
  • Experience using RestAPI
  • Experience in Postman tool.
  • Experience in Microsoft Visual studio code tool.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Sound basic of Technical Knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills ability to prioritize, manage, multi-task
Interview Process:
  • Round 1 – Technical discussion
  • Round 2 – Assignmet
  • Round 3 – Technical discussion/Managerial discussion
  • Round 4 – HR discussion
  • Experience using RestAPI
  • Experience in Postman tool.
  • Mongodb is a must
  • Jira ticket creation
