Manager - Alliances & Partnerships

This person will be responsible for: - 
Business development and account management with partners across the online and offline world ensuring a strong distribution of Rapido deals. 
- Develop and strengthen a unique ecosystem partnership with partners across online and offline for acquiring customers. Partners such as bank partners, fintech companies, UPI players, tax savings wallets etc. 
- Identify, evaluate and develop new partnership opportunities with payment partners to drive valuecreation & cost efficiency. 
- Possess knowledge about the PWA ecosystem and a know-how of product features and improvement across various funnels. 
- Launch and lead strategic initiatives across categories with synergies to drive acquisition and repeat rides per user. 
- Identifying and leveraging cross-marketing opportunities with partners such as statements, emails, push notifications, CRM campaigns etc. 
- Influence and negotiate policies, commercial terms and SOP's with the partners for a mutually beneficial and lasting partnership 
- 6 + years of relevant business development experience, with demonstrated ability to scale business through partnership 
- Bias for action and innovation mindset with the ability to take risks and experiment with newer concepts
