We believe that 2 Wheeler are the right mode of transport for developing countries like India and have much more scope than 4 wheelers, which is also reflected in the fact that the number of 2 wheelers is significantly more than the number of 4-wheelers.
We have operations in close to 100 cities and are the undisputed market leader in this space. Growing close to 500% year-on-year, we have ambitious targets set for ourselves in the future as well.

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead brand team and manage all the Marcom campaigns . This role will lead the Brand strategy efforts at Rapido. Will work directory with the marketing head.
The incumbent will manage stakeholders across digital marketing, brand, product, business and alliances.- If you are an idea person and just eat, sleep and breathe social media then you should certainly meet us-
  • Achieve brand objectives (qualitative & quantitative) as per brand guidelines with integrated  marketing plan.
  • Responsible for enhancement and representation of Brand image at all touch points. 
  • Plan and Implement Cross promotional tie-ups & activities with other brands. 
  • Lead dynamic content and video strategy and create and manage the content calendar.
  • Developing brand guidelines, ensure the consistency of brand and its protocol
  • Develop and Execute a strong ATL\/BTL calendar to bring alive annual strategy and meet defined marketing objectives.
  • Develop the brand communication plan and coordinate with advertising agency to design and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Leading the strategic planning process for the brand, based on key consumer insights to enhance current service portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
  • Involvement in the development of the company s long term planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets and partners.
  • Working closely with referral team and fulfilling the branding requirements
  • Monitoring and analyzing brand performance in comparison to the competition.
  • Implementing the marketing plans by working with internal and external vendors to deliver in a timely manner and on budget.
  • Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalogues, websites, brochures, packaging and instore displays.
  • Delivering internal and external presentations regarding new product introductions, marketing materials, business objective and communication strategy.
  • Coordinating regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the brands performance.
  • Managing the status of projects, product testing and the evaluation of external agencies
Education and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in managing social media and content (Preferably from FMCG/FMCD,E-commerce or start-up background)
- MBA or post-graduation in communications/advertising will be an advantage
- Strong creative writing skills with command on grammar
- Exuberant communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proven track record of strategizing and executing on content plans
- Analytics and number driven with good excel skills
- Hands-on knowledge of various social media reporting tools like - Meltwater, lexis , Brandwatch will be an added advantage
- Creative, pro-active, team player and ability to multitask
- Can work with senior management in a cross functional team setting across geographies
